I had to go into town to pick up our film festival tickets, so I took the opportunity of going round the craft market, the only shopping I enjoy. I got four very cool rings for $5 each (parking alone cost $9)--two paua and silver ones, a maltese cross, and a dark glittery panther. I also had a massage, then samosas and pakoras for lunch followed by organic coffee with an equally organic ginger biscuit. Yum.
When I got home I had to bring our wheelie-bin back down the driveway. I don't know if other people have those, or if they do, whether they call them that. They're rubbish bins on wheels which a truck with robot arms picks up and empties. On the way down the drive (which is a long one) I thought up a very silly Vila ficlet.
