McDeco

We had lunch at McDonalds today.

Look, there was good reason. It was in a beautiful Art Deco building in Taradale (near Napier) with gorgeous interiors. I took photos which I hope will come out, and if that cost me a fillet of fish? Eh! McDeco, it's known as. :-)

We spent the day in Napier and Hastings looking at Art Deco and the occasional bit of Art Nouveau, since last time Greg was at a conference and missed the tour I went on. I would love to spend several days there, especially if it was in Deco style.

Only two more days left here in Taupo before we go back. :-(
