Doctor Who on Farscape?
We watched the Farscape episode Coup by Clam last night, and this time there was a character, Doctor Tumii, who looked to me like the first Doctor Who. Given that they're both doctors, is this another in-joke, or is it just me?

snowgrouse thought Tumii looks more like the third Doctor (it's the eyebrows that remind me of the first Doctor) and there is a similarity so I've added a third picture.
