Doctor Who on Farscape?

We watched the Farscape episode Coup by Clam last night, and this time there was a character, Doctor Tumii, who looked to me like the first Doctor Who. Given that they're both doctors, is this another in-joke, or is it just me?

[Edit] snowgrouse thought Tumii looks more like the third Doctor (it's the eyebrows that remind me of the first Doctor) and there is a similarity so I've added a third picture.

I'd associate that guy more with Worzel Gummidge, so change the Doctor and mayybe:D...

Hmm, maybe when he frowns. It's the eyebrows that reminded me of Hartnell, but I'll add a Pertwee one too. :-)

Hmm, no I think that one's just you. There's maybe some resemblance in the still photos, but he certainly didn't remind me of the Doctor on the screen. Of course, it may just be that I'm rather fond of the first Doctor, lovably crotchety old geezer that he is, and Dr. Tumii is just... disgusting.

As for the third Doctor, well, there is the nose, I suppose... :)

He reminded me of Hartnell all through it. Just the looks, as with the Father Jack muppet in the last ep.

I don't think I've seen the Farscape ep, but he looks like demon!WorzelGummidge to me...which is kinda scary.

He's scary anyway...and I saw it after Doctor Who, so it just seemed wrong. *nods*
