I think I went through them all. He really has met a lot of people. It's strange to see him "grow up" through the pictures! He was such a wee little thing as a kid! LOL I love that he's standing all close to Michael and not Sally. XD

I have now been through them all. Wow, he's met so many DW people--including your Frasier Hines AND THE BRIG--and a lot of Star Trek ones too. Yeah, he's obviously been doing this from about age 15. :-)

Maybe even younger--his picture with Tom Baker is WEE. He looks about eight, I swear! I'm most jealous of the people like Troughton and Doohan who are now deceased. And getting to meet Michael and Paul (and Sally) when they were still so young.

He looks pretty young with Peter Davison too. Maybe about 10, then. I hope he gets the last two Doctors for his set. Do Eccleston and Tennant do cons in the US?

He didn't seem to have one with Pertwee (Three), but it's too late for that now. (The yellow car is, BTW the Third Doctor's, yes.) As for the new Doctors, Eccleston doesn't do cons at all. He's kind of divorced himself from the Doctor. Tennant would be under the BBC contract not to appear at cons so long as he has the role, though I imagine he might start doing them once he hangs up the coat, so to speak. Of course, that doesn't mean the guy couldn't go to England and catch him in Hamlet, or Eccleston in some production. A lot of his photos were post-plays or book signings, etc.
