It's meme time again. First a test from [livejournal.com profile] communicator, then two more which looked interesting.

Your result for Howard Gardner's Eight Types of Intelligence Test...

Linguistic

22% Logical, 41% Spatial, 61% Linguistic, 39% Intrapersonal, 6% Interpersonal, 12% Musical, 4% Bodily-Kinesthetic and 55% Naturalistic!

"Verbal-linguistic intelligence has to do with words, spoken or written. People with verbal-linguistic intelligence display a facility with words and languages. They are typically good at reading, writing, telling stories and memorizing words and dates. They tend to learn best by reading, taking notes, listening to lectures, and via discussion and debate. They are also frequently skilled at explaining, teaching and oration or persuasive speaking. Those with verbal-linguistic intelligence learn foreign languages very easily as they have high verbal memory and recall, and an ability to understand and manipulate syntax and structure.

Careers which suit those with this intelligence include writers, lawyers, philosophers, journalists, politicians and teachers." (Wikipedia)

I usually cope out as logical and scientific, but this one places me definitely in the linguistic camp. The next test seems to bear that out, since I have never learned Spanish.

Your result for The Spanish Test...

The Native Speaker

71% educado!

You scored 71% educado. If you aren't hispanic, then you've done a great job learning. You know specialized vocabulary, and you can pass for un hispanohablante. !Felicitaciones!

Ahaha, not really. I just used my knowledge of Latin and Italian, but I still got quite a few wrong.

Your result for The Literary Character Test...

Tom Sawyer

Good, Human, Side Thinker

Tom Sawyer is the youth in all of us; he biggest desire is to laugh and play all day, and pure adventure is his biggest vice. His cleverness can get him into plenty of mischief and trouble, but even those who must punish him, also must admit that it is also what endears him so much to so many people. He is admired and enjoyed by all, and even when his sense of fun dictates he must take advantage of them, he has a sense of honor and nobility that cannot be denied, even if he tries at times.

Fair enough since I've never grown up.

Hee, I got 73% educado; a little from primary knowledge (too many US cop shows), but most from cognates with French.
