It did--a backup and reorganise usually does. Plus I think I've lost another kilo; not eating at night because I just can't be bothered must be a Good Thing.

Yeah, I went through that phase myself for a while and lost a few pounds that way. Silver linings and all that! :) Probably not healthy in the long run, though.
