Beliefnet religion test

I finally did the Beliefnet religion test others have been recommending. [sigh] I had to do it from work as it seems I can't get there from here. And they're right: it's surprisingly accurate. Hey, [livejournal.com profile] tiamatschild, look at line 2. This must be why I love the idea of your church. :-)

I was raised as #2... which promptly turned me into a Neo-Pagan:D

I think it would be very hard to find something as good as [livejournal.com profile] tiamatschild's church which welcomes everyone regardless of gender, sexual preference, or choice of clothes (SpongeBob Squarepants visited!) But then I bet anything your mother was involved in would be off-putting.

Ah, but then Tiamat's church must be one single church;). Mainline to liberal includes lots of things.

Most Finns are Lutheran but don't practice actively. My mum used to be a fundamentalist Pentecostal at some point, *shudder*. Now she's just mellowed down to an average Christian, not thinking much about faith. But then again I expect most parents to be worried if their kid finds a religion, especially an occult religion, that's different from theirs.

True.

My mum used to be a fundamentalist Pentecostal at some point

Yeah, she struck me as the sort to be a bit rigid whatever she chose. That's why I wondered. I get the impression your father would be a lot more easy-going in most aspects of life.
