SF and politics

There's a post on nz_fandom referring to an article in which it is posited that one's preference for Isaac Asimov or Robert Heinlein when first getting into SF has a strong correlation to one's political leaning in later life (liberal or conservative respectively). I much preferred Asimov and I'm definitely left-wing. So here's my first poll.
