DVDs

I ordered the Farscape: Peacekeeper Wars DVD today. It's not due to be shipped till the 18th (around the same time as Blake's 7 season 2, woo-hoo!), but then I haven't watched all of season 4 yet.

I also ordered Julius Caesar which has a great cast (except for Charlton Heston who always seems wooden to me) including a young and sexy Michael Keating and a pageboy played by Steven Pacey. I shall be getting screencaps, [livejournal.com profile] snowgrouse. :-)

Eep! More on the credit card. [bites knuckles in Blake-like fashion and hopes she gets a contract soon]

Yep, from Amazon. It's quite a bit cheaper than from amazon.co.uk whose version is due out next month. [livejournal.com profile] kernezelda has the DVD already because she ordered it from Creation (whoever they are--the distributors maybe?) but I prefer to stick to people I know after having a couple of non-arrivals and one purchase sent by ship.

They're probably hardly in it, but apparently MK stands out in the crowd scenes for sheer sexiness. ;-)

I ordered the Blakes 7 Season 2 DVDs from Amazon UK after working out that - even with postage to Australia - it would cost less than the locals were going to charge...

Yes, we're getting it for 29 pounds plus postage, I think because we pre-ordered. Season 1 sells here for NZ$99 - NZ$130; I haven't seen S2 advertised yet.
