The forcast promised us snow today but it hasn't come further south that Wrexam. Still there's a lot more of Christmas day left (it's 10.15 am) but if it doesn't snow in Cardiff Wales will not have had an official white Christmas.
Yes it is 8.05pm and I've just got back from my cousins having spent the day with them. Traveling wasn't too bad since they live just up round the corner. However getting back tonight was a little more difficult than anticipated and sometime between sunset ( about 3.30pm) and now we have had a powdering of snow. Once I got on to the road there was no problem but their garden path was a little slippery.
I've seen it whiter with a heavy frost but it was definitely large soft snowflakes. The first snow on Christmas day for about 10 years. I'm hoping it doesn't snow tomorrow as the last time we had snow on Boxing Day (1963) it didn't clear up til March.

We're off to the book sales with vouchers (books, DVDs...) then it's probably cricket in the afternoon if it doesn't rain.
