I missed pi day

It's the 15th here but it might still by pi day (in US dates) somewhere. Damn. I could have planned to bake a tarte tartin!

Well, as of this moment of writing, there is one hour, fifty-six minutes left to pi day where I am, and three more additional hours on my nation's west coast.

Though there is a mathematical movement afoot to switch from using pi, to a number which is twice pi (or 6.28), called "tau," and also to celebrate Tau day in June... (when you can bake 2 pies!).
