Multiverse stories

I wrote two Multiverse stories this year.

Necessary Force (Blake's 7 / Star Wars)
The Time Traveller Trap (Stargate Atlantis / Doctor Who)

They haven't been beta-read due to my beta reader being on holiday, so if you find any typos that slipped by me, do tell me.

Very good! I admire anyone who manages to put together stories of any type :) I don't think I'd have the patience although I quite like reading other people's efforts.

Ah, see this PGP I had no trouble reading. Sweet and well-balanced. (And funny, of course.)

"Not spelled like that, anyway," said Avon

Heh. Sometimes I wonder if their love of wordplay is the most important common ground these two share... :-)

I got an error message when I tried to access the two stories. ????

The archive was failing for me too when I was trying to reply to a comment there; they're overloaded. It's fine now; at least I just got in.

I can access the stories OK, though pages from the site seem very slow to load at present.

I haven't time to read the stories right now, but hope to remember to do so later on today.

The site's overloaded right now; I have no idea why.

Just tried to read your stories, but unfortunately the side was slower than ever to load so I had to give up. I wonder if they are just victims of their own success or whether someone has launched a Denial of Service attack on then.

It can't be Multiverse slowing it down as there aren't many prompts claimed so there wouldn't be many people putting stories up at once. Perhaps some huge challenge is going on.

Oooh, a B7/SW crossover? Soon as I have time (later in the day) I will read it.

Can also serve as beta if you need one.

Great! Let me know if you see anything there. :-)

This was, in no particular order, both hilarious and dead on target! Best line: Avon being born with a black spoon in his mouth. LOL!

Seriously, you've got all three--excuse me, four counting Servalan--characters absolutely right, not to mention Vila and Avon's relationship with each other. A really good story, a pleasure to read. :)

Only noticed one typo--in the paragraph that begins "He seems to think..." you've got "more interest that"--presumably should be "more interest than."

Moar plz?

Thank you!

And thanks for spotting that typo. It's fixed now.

You want more? I have more stories than you can shake a stick at (http://www.farsight.net.nz/fiction/index.htm) on my B7 site Breaking Orbit (http://www.farsight.net.nz/), with links to most of my LJ-only stories (http://www.farsight.net.nz/fiction/ljfiction.htm). There are crossovers too but this is the first Star Wars one I've written. The site's not up-to-date because I got a new computer a couple of months ago and I still haven't re-installed the software I use to maintain it. This weekend, I hope!
