Happy 2011!

It's about 15 minutes into 2011 here, so Happy New Year, everyone!



We've just been watching the fireworks on the Sky Tower and the huge and spectacular ones set off from a barge in the harbour.

Earlier we went out for a three-course Thai meal accompanied by champagne (see picture). :-D

May 2011 be much better than 2010 for you all!

It's sunny, hot, and fine but not yet (at 11am) so hot we need the aircon on. And we could see the fireworks well last night; two years ago they were just a dull glow in the low cloud.
