I posted this about 10 days ago on b7friday. It was for the food challenge, set in season 1.

A Week's Menus

Each crewmember has a day on cooking and kitchen duty. List your menu here. Others may add comments.

Day 1: Cook on duty: BLAKE

Breakfast
cornflakes and milk
toast and marmalade
tea

Lunch
corned beef sandwiches
ham sandwiches
real ale (one glass each, Vila)

Dinner
meat and 3 veg
boiled rice pudding
coffee

Ah. It was meat and 4 veg then. Blake never could count.

I agree with Vila. There should be a meat alternative at each meal.

Day 2: Cook on duty: VILA

Breakfast

curried eggs on toast
soft-boiled eggs with toast troopers for dipping
tea, coffee, or A&S

Lunch
veggie pizzas:
Hawaiian (with pineapple)
or not (no pineapple)
cheese and onion toasted sandwiches
tea, coffee, or A&S

Dinner
starter:
   falafels, hummus, and salad in pita bread with A&S aperitif
main:
   veggie vindaloo and rice with lager
afters:
   jam roly-poly and cream with a botrytised late-harvest Muscat
   hot chocolate

cucumber or watercress sandwiches

ship red (why cast pearls before swine?)

Dinner
appetiser:
   gazpacho with a swirl of sour cream
main:
   lobster thermidor or a soy protein drink
   scalloped potatoes
   carrots sautéed in butter and ginger
   shitake mushrooms sautéed lightly in butter
   beans in a hollandaise sauce
   broccoli in a béarnaise sauce
   aubergine in a Provençal sauce
   ship white
dessert:
   macadamia and maple ice-cream with Lindor chocolate sauce
   espresso coffee

Yum-yum but I wasn't very well afterwards and couldn't stand watch. Hmm. Same again next week by any chance? (BTW I bet you're taking more than the piss about those mushrooms. Which were very tasty anyway.)

fresh fruit
mineral water

Dinner
lentil casserole
vegetable medley
rolled oats apple crumble
carrot and apple juice cocktails

cheese, ham, baked beans, jam, peanut butter

baked beans
fish (beer batter) and chips
mushy peas
beer
tea
And lots of everything!

Cheers mate, but for variety could you whack a little curry powder or chilli in the beans next time?

I've said this before, Gan. Not beans at every meal, esp not with beer. Now I suppose Cally and I will have to put up with yet another profoundly unfunny competition on the flight deck. Men!

Day 7: Cook on duty: NONE

A day of rest (from cooking anyway, please note, Vila).
Serve yourself leftovers from the week from the fridge and stasis chamber and do clean up after yourselves (please note, Avon).

They're such wonderfully drawn characters in S1 and S2, it's easy to imagine what they'd like to eat. :-)

But whats's A&S?

It's from the series: the adrenaline and soma (seemingly two ingredients with opposite effects) Cally prescribed Vila for stress and that he liked to drink. It's green and doesn't appear that often, but it's become iconic. Indeed, see the icon. :-)
