Big Julie's dead
It is the Ides of March, and to mark it, just after midnight last night, the radio ran Wayne and Schuster's Rinse the Blood off my Toga. I loved that as a kid--we used to quote bits in Latin class and try to translate it--so it was very cool hearing it again.
I had no idea Wayne and Schuster were Canadian though. I'd always assumed they were New Yorkers going by this, the only piece I know of theirs.

I also love the martini joke.
"Gimme a martinus."
"Don't you mean martin1?"
"I want two, I'll ask for them."
I am always tempted to ask for a biscotto or a panino. :-)
