Mixing up the ice creams was Vila's idea, and Avon didn't mind that most of them were his. The green is peppermint, with chocolate chips too small to see here, and the others are various flavours Vila added to the outside.
Thank you! :-D I had to delete my first attempt, which was more lifelike but lacking in something--life, actually--and tonight I decided to go the cartoon route which worked, to my relief.
I hope your cold is better and you can enjoy the festive goodies. I scoffed Italian walnut biscuits and Russian fudge today.
Awww~!! I'd've never DELETED it. I might not have used it but I so rarely delete art. I have many unfinished pieces, ehehehe. This is really adorable though, and now you've sort of inspired me to try to draw a little something for the holidays, even if I don't mail it out. Avon and Vila hanging with some of the Python boys sounds acceptable, right? After all, they hung with Ned and Chuck last year . . . ahahha.
My cold is still lingering, but down to just a little cough, so nothing bad. Your food sounds lovely~ We had some amazing chocolate cake as dessert after the jamabalaya. Very tasty--once I picked off the walnuts.
I've often deleted stuff I don't like. Sometimes it's just not salvageable. I do have borderline stuff no one else has seen though.
I have a new program called Artrage which simulates pastels, acrylics, and oils etc beautifully. I used that to add the glitter, but I really need to experiment with it properly. I'd love to have the more expensive version which has watercolours and a water-blendy tool. I may upgrade one day.
Yes! Vila and Avon would get on very well with the Python boys. Vila would love their humour, and Avon might be inspired to a little cross-dressing.

ROFL!! "I never wanted to be a technician anyway! I wanted to be . . . a lumberjack! Leaping from tree to tree!" and crossdressing, naturally. Ahahah. I definitely think Vila would love them. He'd especially appreciate that they take the piss out of the upper and lower classes equally.
Yay for new programs. I haven't done much digital art recently due to my broken tablet and bum right wrist. My hand has been doing VERY well though since I switched the mouse to my left. I think it's helping immensely. It doesn't hurt at all right now, which is another incentive to draw.
I suppose I have deleted some art before. Depends on how far along I've gotten on it. If I've put quite a bit of time into I'll keep it even if it's terrible.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. I love how calm and relaxed Vila seems! That's definitely something, especially in the presence of Avon, because you know trouble might be in store:).
Ahh, they are cuuute! I love big noses, you know, and that slightly nostalgic Avon´s expression and Vila´s happy smile! As the others say, Happy Everything!!!
I have a big nose myself:-) Yes, we celebrate Christmas Eve, both our cultures have the common roots, however I myself just love the old traditions, I am not a Christian, I do believe but in my own way, quite Pagan-like ...

I'm a computer tech and I'm all right.
I work all day and I work all night.
I program Zen. I eat my lunch.
I am bitingly witty.
And with my other hand
I'll make a gadget before tea.
Vila:
I'm a lock picker and I'm okay.
I sleep all night and I nap all day.
I crack safes. I drink my lunch.
I feel all at sea.
And I'm always hoping
for some security.
Avon:
I'm a computer tech and I'm all right.
I work all day and I play all night.
I wear thigh boots with big high heels,
and underneath, black lace.
I always wears a girdle,
and like to paint my face.
Vila:
He's a computer tech and he's all right.
He snarks all day and he snarks all night.
He shoots big guns, minces and smirks,
and rolls in yellow flowers.
He wears kinky leather
And mirror-poses for hours.
Good night!
