Then I shouldn't tell you about Seven Gifts (http://www.farsight.net.nz/fiction/gifts.htm), made up one Christmas holiday, but not written down for months because of soppiness fears? I suppose I should add that one to the post since I think it mentioned the Delta festival of light. Yep; I will, and it features gifts.
