And here's Jasmin with Claudia and Vic.

Claudia weighs less than 3kg now, and her kidney function is down, though she's still quite active. I'm not sure how much longer we'll have her though, and Jasmin's really attached to her (and vice versa, when Jasmin's not being too annoying). If anything happens, I think we'll have to adopt a cat from the Lonely Miaow charity, which houses abandoned cats and kittens, because she's never cuddled up to Vic. She's a bit wary of him; I don't know why.

Jasmin and friends

"Look, you don't mind if I lie on your tail, do you?"
"Not if you don't bite it. As you usually do."

"I know you're there, Jasmin. And I know what you're looking at. Don't even try it."

Jasmin and Claudia both over Greg's shoulder as he works on his PC.

Jasmin and Claudia cuddled up together on the top of a chair.

"See? I'm not always pouncing on Claudia."

I had thought of that, and I fancy a 1-year-old cat in the Lonely Miaow. But four cats! FOUR!

Ahahaha, [livejournal.com profile] jthijsen beats you (http://jthijsen.livejournal.com/15763.html)! I think the more there are, the better they get on. My lot seems to fit in well when they go to the boarding cattery.

And I'm at my wits' end trying to train Jasmin to come to my call. I bought some cat treats to reward her with, but she doesn't even know they're food. :-( It was easy with the others as they knew being called meant food, but she eats kitten biscuits on demand. Sigh.

If she's more play oriented see if she'll come to call when play is being offered. We trained Catkin that way as he wasn't ruled by his stomach but by the need to play with hair ties (his favourite kitten toy).

I can usually capture her by dragging a stick or rolling buds, but I have to find her first! If I can't see her, I have no idea where she is. Our garden is large and full of decks and bushes and places she can hide in.

I've seen her three times this morning which is encouraging. :-) And I got her to eat a soft treat too; that might work. I do think she's play-oriented though. Still, all of my other cats came when called without any special training.
