Three animals and an afternoon tea
I finally downloaded the pictures that have been languishing in my camera for up to six weeks.
A woman came into the office last month carrying this dog. I assumed she was one of those people who like living accessories, but in fact she had almost run it over on the street outside. We rang Animal Control and the owner came to get it an hour later--after it had roamed all over the building, annoying everyone; it was not the brightest of dogs.
This the the three-tiered High Tea Greg and I had at the Cornwall Park Restaurant last month on what we thought was the first day of spring.
kerravonsen and I plan to go there this week for more of the same. :-)
Vic draped over Greg's arm while he tries to work on his computer--lucky Greg's left-handed. Note the smug look. :-)
Claudia has a routine: after I've hung the washihg out, she jumps in to the laundry basket and the deal is that I carry her back inside. She loves the ride, purring all the way with delight, and I sometimes give her a tour of the grounds first.
"Come on, what are you waiting for? You know the drill!"

They are beautiful. So is Tessa despite her corneal graft which you can hardly see now.

The lost dog looks like a Pekingese, as you say not exactly the brightest bulb in the pack, believe it or not I was told they were bred as guard dogs in the Forbidden city and they are ferociously loyal, will tackle anything that they think is a danger to their people and have very sharp teeth.
Your cats have you both very well trained, they could wrap me round their paws just as easily. Vick looks mildly triumphant there on Greg's arm, he got himself a human

It wasn't a Pekingese. Animal Control told me what it was but I've forgotten.
Yeah, Vic has Greg well trained, like the girls with me.

Funny, Jasper also does the computer routine, and I give laundry basket rides too!

That's a great picture of Vic! "Yes? And?" It's exactly what Thomas likes to do, too. Daft cats.
I've never been able to get mine to sit in the clothes basket for long enough for me to go back and get my camera. Those are great shots of Claudia, though.

Greg says Vic on his arm is better than on the keyboard. :-)
Claudia will stay in the basket until lifted out, she so loves it. When we're not using the basket for laundry, we put a quilted pet blanket in it and call it the cuddle basket because they jump into it (on the dryer) and ask for cuddles.

I'm having some difficulty typing at the moment, as Diesel just jumped onto my lap, even though there isn't really room for her between me and the keyboard. My right arm is resting on top of her head, but she's purring.

I love, love, love Vic's expression. That's just begging to be macroed with something very Avonic about his computer consultant skills.
And eee, Claudia in a basket! My family's first cat had a thing on jumping on a sheet whenever people were folding one. She loved having a nice little hammock for herself:).

Someone I once worked with had two kitten who'd jump into the sheets on the line (which she hung in a U-shape as I do) and play in them, then go to sleep there. :-) Tessa loves the taut little hammocks at the cattery so much when we leave her there that I keep thinking I should get her one.
