Day 27 - Vic on the woofer

Today's entry for the [livejournal.com profile] naarmamo National Art Making Month challenge is Vic on the woofer because I've done Tessa and Claudia and it was his turn.

Vic on the woofer

He likes the heat and maybe the vibration of the deep notes, but...
"Look, it's a woofer. Dogs woof: ergo I'm on a dog. Go, me!"

Sorry I didn't have time to go surreal with this one, [livejournal.com profile] trixieleitz, but this week is shaping up to be another very busy one. :-P

My NaArMaMo 2007 Gallery is here.

Go, Vic!

I should re-arrange the mess under my desk so I can put my feet on the woofer.

All I have under mine is a box labelled Avon that I keep old papers in. I could put my feet on him.

Go Vic, that look says It's mine and I'm very pleased with it

"I claim this woofer as my combined pet and vibrating bed."

Cats are so cute when they're smug :)

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-08-27 10:28 am (UTC)(link)
In his case a smug thug!

Vic is cute. He looks very comfortable on that woofer.

Funny cat: it's a hard surface. It's under Greg's desk though and it puts him off the floor, so I suppose it's shelter, warmth, and vantage point in one.

he looks very happy there :0)

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-08-27 08:04 pm (UTC)(link)
He seems to like technology. He's fascinated by keyboards and mice too.

[identity profile] snowgrouse.livejournal.com 2007-08-27 02:40 pm (UTC)(link)
He's got a very knowing smile:).

Well that is one way to make a cat bark - put it on the woofer!

[identity profile] san-valentine.livejournal.com 2007-08-27 05:32 pm (UTC)(link)
Very old (and tasteless) joke:

Q. How do you make a cat go woof ?

A. Douse it in petrol and put a match to it.

Did you hear about the musician who had two dogs and a cat? Bach, Offenbach, and Debussy.

[identity profile] jaxomsride.livejournal.com 2007-08-28 04:20 pm (UTC)(link)
I like that one!

[identity profile] san-valentine.livejournal.com 2007-08-27 05:33 pm (UTC)(link)
I like the very subtle grey shading on his white areas. They add shape nicely.

Thanks!

Who's the B&W in your icon?

[identity profile] san-valentine.livejournal.com 2007-08-28 12:34 am (UTC)(link)
That's Skiffle, the same cat as the one posing in a shaft of sunlight in my default pic. I made that icon last night. What you can't quite see in that enormous yawn is the splodge of black pigment on the roof of her mouth.

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-08-28 08:00 am (UTC)(link)
Hee; maybe that dark spot goes all the way through to her fur. ;-)

I get Diesel (purr frequency) but why Skiffle?
