Today's entry for the naarmamo National Art Making Month challenge is number three in the plushie series: Gonzales the cheetah. I didn't spend anywhere near the time on him as I did on the owls, as you can no doubt tell. :-P

I know I was asked by my daughter for a cheetah cub for Christmas, it took months to find one that had a mane that was in the right price range and didn't cost the earth to ship to the UK.
This was the eventual choice!

Nice: I really like cheetahs. I like that effect you have to make the spots look soft and fuzzy, while the eyes are glossy.

I adore cheetahs. They have two at the zoo who were trained as 'ambassadors' so you can meet them and touch them. I've fed and played with tiger cubs; I really want to meet these guys.
