Three questions
I've asked some people three questions already, so:
I want everyone who reads this to ask me three questions, no more, no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal and copy and paste this allowing your friends (including me) to ask you anything.

1. If Vila were to step through your TV screen right now and enter your living room, what would you say to him?
2. What's the goofiest thing you've ever seen a cat do?
3. Did you know that you've been rec'd a couple of times on

"Don't go back! Stay here, it's so much safer!" Then I'd hug him.
I don't think Greg would be very impressed, even though I'd put him up in the guest bedroom. I suspect that two humans and two cats in one bed is enough.
2. What's the goofiest thing you've ever seen a cat do?
My sister's cat Sigi (named after a previous cat of mine) once leapt up onto a bookshelf, slipped, and fell back with a book under his 'arm' (right front leg). It just looked so funny, as if he were borrowing a book, that we all laughed and he was very hurt. He stalked off without reading it.
3. Did you know that you've been rec'd a couple of times on crack_van? (Once by hafren and once by executrix.)
Ooh, really? I knew about Hafren as she told me, but I didn't know about Executrix. How do I find the entry?

You know, that's an excellent answer. :)
How do I find the entry?
It's here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/crack_van/353287.html). (If you click on "memories," btw, they've got all the recs nicely sorted by fandom. I only just realized that. :))

2. What's the difference between an Australian accent and an NZ one?
3. How much time a day do you spend online/

When I get some time I'm going to have to check out all the recs; there are stories I've never heard of as they aren't on the sites I know.

2. Where's pipecleaner Vila at the moment?
3. How have you prepared yourself for meeting MK (well, it's likely)?:)

Apart from Kerril (whom he's going to find again in a planned PGP)? The person I'm giving him in the current 'big PGP' which I'm writing in parts--Soolin. I'm having fun fleshing out Soolin's past (and those of Tarrant and Avon) and the pairing does make sense given what they have in common. Well, I hope so anyway.
2. What's the difference between an Australian accent and an NZ one?
Not much: it lies in a couple of vowels. Australians use the American 'a' in words like 'last', we use the British one. We hear their 'i' as 'ee'; they think we turn ours into the 'u' in 'but'. They have feesh and cheeps in Seedney, they think we eat fush and chups. They also get confused between our 'sex' and 'six'--or pretend to.
3. How much time a day do you spend online?
As opposed to on the PC writing etc? It's gone up since I got an LJ and started playing the B7 RPG. 1-2 hours weeknights, maybe twice as much in the weekends, sometimes more. [guilty look]

In my immediate vicinity, the beaches and the ocean and the seaside cafes and restaurants. Further afield, the spectacular scenery, from beautiful bays to thermal areas to rainforest to the plains and mountains in the south now made famous by LOTR.
2. Where's pipecleaner Vila at the moment?
On my computer desk shelf with pipecleaner Blake and Avon. They're all leaning against a container bought in Fiji. Blake has his hand on the back of a (relatively) huge wooden cat, Avon is turned towards Vila who's looking at him, grinning, and a bit slid down the wall as if he's really relaxed. I didn't pose them; they got slightly dislodged and they look so cute I left them like that.
3. How have you prepared yourself for meeting MK (well, it's likely)?:)
Likely? I hope it's more than likely considering how far I'm going to see him and the others! I've booked dinner with him (along with other guests) so he'd better turn up! :-)
I haven't prepared myself in any way -- no working out or new outfits ;-) -- but I have printed off a copy of Vila Restal's E-mails complete with colour illos (just screencaps I fiddled with and filtered) to present him with. He'll probably never read the thing, but who knows, maybe he'll dip into it and have a laugh.
