What amused me was the offer on the site to meed single geeks from Auckland. I already did, thanks. He's upstairs on the bed reading another Swallows and Amazons book.

I tried to run it, but it's saying that it can't find the address "girl" on their server. Obviously admitting I'm female is a big disqualifier for being a geek in their book...

*grin*

It worked for me, and I said I was a girl. [tries it again] Yep, it just goes to the next question.

Do you have Javascript disabled? I run the Firefox NoScript extension, set to block everything I haven't told it to allow, and I got that error. After I allowed their server, it worked fine.

*headdesk* Yup, that would do it.

I gotta remember to bring my brane home of a weekend. Things work so much smoother when I do...

:) I try to avoid using my brane on a weekend, but sometimes I can't avoid it.

80%, me.

I wonder if the questions for guys were different.

They're the same. (Can you tell I'm bored?)

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-04-21 06:56 am (UTC)(link)
They're aren't. Either they want to know so they can fill up the relevant silhouette, or so they can target you with single geeks of the opposite sex.

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-04-22 10:00 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] ecossefilmmaker.livejournal.com 2007-04-22 11:15 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] san-valentine.livejournal.com 2007-04-21 12:47 pm (UTC)(link)
I scored 60% geek. I don't quite know how to feel about that...

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-04-21 09:59 pm (UTC)(link)
Pleased! At either feeling more normal than the rest of us, or knowing you're mostly geek. :-)

56%. Do I count as mostly geek too? I fail at the computery stuff, y'see...

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-04-22 09:59 am (UTC)(link)
Anything over 50% is mostly. :-)

[identity profile] reapermum.livejournal.com 2007-04-21 12:59 pm (UTC)(link)
I scored 72%. I am NOT a geek, I'm a perfectly normal middle-aged lab tech.

[identity profile] vilakins.livejournal.com 2007-04-21 10:00 pm (UTC)(link)
I believe being involved in science automatically qualifies you. ;-)
