Cats in the laundry

Only in the sense of the room, I assure you. I put a duvet cover in the laundry sink to wait for when I felt like doing some washing. I did wonder where the cats were; usually they're all over me when I'm at the PC or reading. I found the girls in the sink, snuggled in the duvet. While I was taking pics of them, Vic came in the cat door and he looked so cute I took one of him too.

So do you! Happiness is adorable in that icon and Vir is cuteness personified. I've only seen Nova's nose so I can't really judge, but most cats are beautiful.

LOL! They only look that way; I think it's called the 'Burmese pout'. They were purring the whole time and they're all extremely cuddly and affectionate.

Oh, lovely! Mine would never go in the sink like that, but it's just the right size for them as a bed! I hope you'll be leaving it available for them - they'll expect it. :-)

They already have the laundry basket (http://pics.livejournal.com/vilakins/pic/0000kg86) which has a soft padded liner when I'm not actually using it for laundry. When I am, Claudia watches me put stuff on the line (or 'helps' from the deck railing), then jumps in the basket so I can carry her back inside.

Vic is very photogenic in his tux. :-)

Oh yes.

I foolishly bought a big velvet skirt for the winter. Baaaad move. A friend commented on seeing me yesterday--"so much fabric and it's been so throughly furred". Yes.

:-P When I used to wear skirts (in an ethnic/boho phase) if I sat down, there'd be a cat straight onto the extra material beside me to anchor me to the spot. :-P

They are! They're so sweet and loving too--almost too much so on warm nights. I can't read without at least one on me; they don't quite get why they can't be between me and the book though.
