Yeah, Star One is definitely the best cliffhanger. I like all the season finales, but somehow during the current rewatch it finally clicked for me just how good Star One is.

It's a beautifully constructed episode, and the way the first and last scene on the flight deck work together is wonderful. That last minute - they really are heroes, who will go down fighting against almost insurmountable odds if they have to.

I love the new SFX on the Blu-ray set. It pays homage to the kitchen sink Andromedan fleet, while being a lot less obviously SFX on a budget.

Yes, that's my favourite cliffhanger too. They are really heroic there. That's the cliffhanger I'd prefer for season 4 tbh. Leaving them as heroes instead of corpses.
