As I was in town, I went to the doctors' to book my booster, and they took me right away. I was nervous about side effects as my second job gave me chills, fever, and nausea for a day or two, but, as with the first one, I just got a sore arm right away and felt a bit tired this afternoon. It's only a matter of time till we get Delta or Omicron down here, with so many people travelling around on summer holidays, so I'm relieved I've had it done.

How often do you binge-watch TV shows?
Sometimes we watch two episodes of a series one after the other; that's about the extent of it. We're having to wait a week for each Boba Fett 'chapter' which feels very retro. If the series was all dropped at once, I suspect we'd watch an episode a night.

Have you ever saved an animal's life?
Not directly, but I've found homes for 7 or 8 stray cats; not sure if that counts.

Glad you got boostered, it's the sensible way to go.I think we must be nearing the peak of Omicron cases at the moment but the vaccinations really do seem to be preventing serious illness and death in most people.

I'm watching Boba Fett, too.

Did you see The Mandalorian too? I'm looking forward to all the planned spin-off series.

I have only just signed up to Disney so I have quite a lot to catch up on but I do have the Mandalorian on my watchlist. It gets very good reviews.

My elder son, Ben, had all the original Star Wars toys including the At-At and all the characters. I encouraged him to donate them all to the local orphanage when we moved and he's never forgiven me :) The originals sell for so much money these days.

We signed up to Disney+ to watch The Mandalorian. It's also excellent, great characters and SF, and Boba Fett does appear in it near the end. In fact the planned spin-offs are all with characters who were in TM. I'd watch it in between BF chapters. :-)

My mother got rid of just about all of my things when she moved while I was overseas. I was not happy.

I think Ben really wouldn't have forgiven me if I'd got rid of his Star Wars stuff without discussing it with him. It was his choice in the end but I do feel bad now for encouraging him to do it. Of course I had no idea how precious those original toys would become.

I've just watched half of season one of The Mandalorian, it's very, very good.

I'm so glad you're enjoying it. It was a highlight of my week, as is Boba Fett now.
