It's very cheap for you to travel (super-expensive here), and I know you do. Do you, like me you want to go back to your favourite places again or explore new ones?

It's certainly relatively cheap to travel around Europe but the long hauls are expensive although perhaps less so than yours. Return flights to your part of the world next month are around £1500 with 2 stops or £1000 to Christchurch with 2 stops.

I like to explore new places although there are a couple of cities I love and have been several times, like Venice, and also the Outer Banks in North Caroline, USA. Where are your favourite places?

Germany - I lived there for three years - and Italy which is also wonderful. We used to plan to move to one of those if Greg got a Bulgarian passport via his father, but decided in the end to stay here, but in a lovely small town with heaps of character.

I'd never go to the US these days - scary place - but I'd love to visit Canada.

So would I get all of China from once having been to Hong Kong? And all of Canada from my weekend in Vancouver? You could make a game of trying to set foot in the biggest countries, just to get as much blue coverage as possible.

Yes, a friend went to Russia and got a HUGE swathe of blue. You'd get all of Canada, certainly (a friend did) but Hong Kong might be separate. In fact, I looked and it is. :-)
