Trope Bingo card

I signed up for trope_bingo again because I need to get back to writing and fandom because that will also mean more posts. (I've come to the conclusion that only posting about real life means hardly any.)

My card:

What amuses me is how many tropes I've already written in these challenges. This card contains nine. However it also has several I've never had a go at, and I think the right two columns look good, each having three new tropes. Or the third row with four new ones. Let's see what ideas pop up before I decide.

I rather like the idea of "in another person's shoes" taken literally - with the men of the Liberator for some reason forced to wear the sort of impractical footwear often foisted on the women!

It was "in another mans shoes" (sic) but I changed it. You know me: fight sexism wherever it's found.

I don't have a cross-dressing trope on this card (though I've done it in my Hot Stuff story) but that interpretation could be fun. I'd have to work out why the women wear such stupid footwear though. Maybe it's all that's in the clothes room in their size.

Because after the clothing options in the dome on Earth, anything different was fun to try, even weird shoes.

It's a pity because I enjoy your real life posts and don't 'get' fandom at all so usually pass on those :)

I'll see which rows/columns I can think of at least 3 or 4 stories for. Some topics are hard to fill and I went into amnesty time once because of two.

I like to read about people's actual lives, including yours. I hope you won't exclude that altogether.

Not at all! It's just that either I usually don't have anything very interesting to say about it, or it's hard to talk about (e.g. my current health issues).

I'll have to try to post more. I often also put off picture posts because it's a pain to crop, resize, and upload them - the LJ scrapbook (now "crapbook") used to be good. Picasa's more of a pain. I do have lots of photos I've never got round to posting of things I've done, or of course the cats.

I daren't sign up since I never know when I'm healthy enough to write, but I am tempted to at least doodle some of the stuff they have on offer...

You can do artwork. In fact you can ask for any combo of basic, AU, kinks, and art to select your prompts from (http://trope-bingo.dreamwidth.org/144194.html), and you can use any of the prompts for any kind of fill, and that includes art, fiction, meta, music, photography, etc. So go for it and doodle! :-D
