I'm a sad case

OK, how could I resist? I just ordered two Delta cushions (one of each), made of filled polyester suede in brown and beige. They'll go on the cream armchairs in the lounge and will, I'm sure, be very comfy if not as cuddly as the real thing.

This room is getting very fannish with the signed pics of Michael Keating and the bird of paradise plant by the front door--which I won't be opening to any Scarrans.

You had it right the first time (complement = set off or go with; compliment = praise) Mind you, I can see Vila telling your sofa how lovely and comfy it is.

Greg says that he won't let me have Vila in the house because he'd drink all our wine, chat non-stop, and probably crawl into bed with me in the early hours of the morning because he's had a nightmare and needs a cuddle. I wouldn't mind. Ahem.

Greg's cool. He knows I love Vila and he likes him a lot too and feels sorry for the way he was treated. He's right though; if Vila lived here, his constant natter would drive me barmy. But I'd cope.

They spend a lot of time in bed with us, I'm not sure about the nightmares. I always thinking they dream of the chase with their twitching feet. I'm not sure the bed's big enough for three humans and the cats too. But yes, it would be just another warm body for them to jump on, lie on top of, and curl up against.
