National Art Making Month

I'd never let myself in for the madness that is NaNoWriMo, but I've signed up for [livejournal.com profile] naarmamo. This is [livejournal.com profile] jekesta's excellent idea of August as National Art Making Month. You commit to producing a work of art a day, and I'll be doing drawings, cartoons, and maybe paintings. If you're interested, take a look and join the fun! I'm really looking forward to seeing the art; there are some very talented people signed up already.

Speaking of whom: Happy Birthday to [livejournal.com profile] spacefall! It's probably far too late because I just got home from work and I'm on the other side of the world. :-P
