Yes, it's another 'love is' meme post

Yes, I'm late to this one as usual, but then it took me an hour and a half to get home from work. I've decided that if they offered me a permenent job out there, even though I like the work and the pay's good, I wouldn't take it. That was a killer commute. I could have driven to Hamilton in that time.

Ouch - that's just too much to do every day. Is this the place that just asked you back again? I don't suppose (if they did offer you something permanent) that they would allow you to work hours that avoided the rush hours, or to work from home sometimes?

The commute usually takes 45 minutes which I can hack. There was an unknown problem yesterday which backed the motorway up right across the harbour bridge for miles. My only other choice (which I stupidly took) was to get off in the city and try to get across that. Bad move. My usual route in such cases is blocked by road-works, and the other one I attempted has been redesigned to funnel people into the Domain where I sat and seethed in a queue for 30 minutes.

I really have to get an up-to-date map if the inner city...
