Day 21 - Linda's dogs, Saffron and Kandi

linda_joyce wanted a drawing of her dogs, and anyway this is a sort of welcome home for Kandi who went missing but was found again.

Done in the GIMP hence the rendered background, and my first go at dogs.



I also made her an icon if she wants it.

The fur is so touchable, they're wonderful. And it's good to hear that a lost dog has come home!

Wonderful girls, so happy! Yes, now the joy will be even bigger when Kandi is back. You managed to catch their uniqueness, lovely heads and smiles! Also their long fur is wonderfully painted and the green background is great!

Thanks! The green background was a bit of a cheat: the "cloud render" in two shades of green. I worked from a photo and it was mostly green behind them anyway.

BTW I was thinking of using some of your photos for inspiration but your scrapbook doesn't allow me to see any, just empty squares.
