Day 28 - Art Deco Cally and Coat

Today's naarmamo entry is another Art Deco Blake's 7 one. A friend and I were saying that Cally's Bounty coat would make a great Art Deco outfit, but when I looked at it, I found it was really just a spotty anorak. This is not good enough. Cally deserves better, so here she is in a proper coat.

Gorgeous! I love the way you scroll down half-thinking she's got an Irish setter or something of the sort on a lead, and then you realise it's a handgun... :-)

An Irish setter or Borzoi or Afghan hound would be very 30s, but not terribly B7. :-) Do we even see a dog in the series? At least there's one cat so I know they aren't extinct.

I too have a desire for a coat like that, but being short, and plump in the middle, it wouldn't work on me. I no longer have the right shape to be Art Deco.

I don't think so! I did win a prize at high school for a fashion design competition, but I only entered it because I like drawing. I'm not that interested in clothes; most of mine are years old, some more than 10. Unless I could design for real people and not those with half-starved Art Deco figures.
