Semi incommunicado

The ISP we use at home is out of action at the moment, and I don't have much opportunity at work to get online. The problem may well be fixed by the time I go home, but in the meantime, my apologies to anyone expecting an e-mail or a comment from me.

I feel your frustration. I took my machine into the little shop that does my repairs to have a cooling fan replaced (one of them has been making graunchy noises) and I was without a computer all day.

I got quite a bit of knitting done.

I had to take it in on the day I'm not at work to be sure of getting it back on the same day. He doesn't open till ten so he gets a couple of hours uninterrupted work before customers start bringing their problems to him.
