Crossposted pimpage: B7 fanfic rec community

A new Blake's 7 community called [livejournal.com profile] b7recs has been set up as a place for people to post Blake's 7 recommendations for online fanfic, now that B7 is no longer a live fandom on [livejournal.com profile] crack_van. It will be much more relaxed: anyone can join and post recs at any time and as often as they like. I've already posted a rec as an example.

Good on you. I visited and looked at the rules - commendable lack of hassle. Should we avoid reccing anything that's been in [livejournal.com profile] crack_van?

Well, I did have that in the rules, with links to the [livejournal.com profile] crack_van recs. There are so many good recs there, it would be a pity and a waste not to use them.

I hope I've made it fairly simple. The more recs that go up, the easier it will be for new people to see how it's done, and they can copy and paste the template, so that makes it easy.

That looks fine. I see [livejournal.com profile] reapermum gave a direct link to the story on Hermit. :-)

As for ratings, use whatever you prefer. If it doesn't fit on the end of a long title, you can always use the UK film ones (whatever they are).
